Special Attorney Chosen In Former BMV Commissioner's Case

Last updated on Tuesday, October 12, 2010

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - All parties involved in the public indecency case against former BMV Commissioner Andy Miller have agreed Monroe County Attorney Barry Brown should be the Special Prosecutor assigned to the case.

Susan Decker with the Marion County Prosecutor's Office says Brown has not yet been confirmed.

Once that happens, brown will be in charge of the entire case from the prosecution side.

Miller is scheduled to appear in court for the first time Wednesday afternoon to answer to charges he exposed himself and propositioned an undercover officer in a downtown public restroom.
