(COLUMBUS, IN) - A newborn baby was listed in critical condition at last check, after her 15-year-old mother gave birth in a bathroom.
Columbus police say the girl yelled for help after delivering the baby.
Her father came in and cut the umbilical cord, wrapped the baby in a towel and called 911.
Medics along with a Columbus Police officer performed "life-saving" efforts after arriving on the scene.
Police say they do not have any idea how far along the girl was or if she tried to hide the pregnancy.
