(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indiana Supreme Court has approved new rules that will limit lawyers from contacting victims immediately following an accident.
Under the new rules, attorneys will have to wait at least 30 days after an accident or disaster before soliciting clients in potential personal injury or wrongful death cases.
