Head Of BMV Arrested For Exposing Himself

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The head of the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles was arrested Wednesday after allegedly exposing himself to an undercover officer.

Police say 40-year-old Andrew Miller was taken into custody Wednesday afternoon.

Miller faces a charge of public indecency.

The undercover officer was there in response to complaints of men exposing themselves and using the restroom in an inappropriate manner.
