(GREENFIELD, IN) - Family and former colleagues of a Greenfield Police Patrolman attended the initial court hearing for the woman accused in the hit-and-run accident that caused his death.
61-year-old Sue Ann Vanderbeck Tuesday entered an initial plea of not guilty on a charge of failure to stop after an accident causing death.
After the packed hearing, Will Phillips' sister, Brandy Phillips, expressed outrage with Vanderbeck's decision to leave the scene.
