BMV Commissioner Resigns Following Arrest

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - BMV Commissioner Andy Miller has resigned after being arrested Wednesday for allegedly exposing himself to an undercover officer in a public restroom in downtown Indianapolis.

Police say Miller is facing a charge of public indecency.

The governor has named R. Scott Waddell, the BMV's Chief of Staff, as the new commissioner.
