(UNDATED) - A U.S. Bankruptcy Court has approved Visteon’s Reorganization Plan.
The company says it expects to emerge from Chapter 11 by October 1st.
The approval follows a judge's order earlier this month calling on Visteon to restore retiree health benefits, including approximately 2,100 retirees in Indiana.
