Secretary Of State Nominee Under Fire For Possible Voting Fraud

Last updated on Wednesday, September 29, 2010

(UNDATED) - Democrats are demanding a criminal investigation of Republican Secretary of State nominee Charlie White’s failure to switch his voter registration.

White resigned from the Fishers Town Council last week after acknowledging the condo he moved into earlier this year when he remarried is outside his council district.

White says he just goofed.

State Democratic Chairman Dan Parker and Hamilton County Democratic Chairman Keith Clock contend White knew he wasn't living at the address on his voter registration when he voted in the May primary, and therefore committed vote fraud.
