(ELKHART, IN) - The pilot of an airplane that crashed Wednesday night at Elkhart Municipal airport has died.
The crash occurred at 7:50PM as the plane was landing.
The pilot was the lone occupant of the plane.
Federal Aviation Administration officials are expected to arrive at the crash scene this morning.
