(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Governor Mitch Daniels has directed that flags throughout the state and at the Statehouse be lowered to half-staff on Saturday, September 11th in honor of Patriot Day.
The directive from President Barack Obama also asks all Americans to observe a moment of silence at 8:46AM EDT.
