(GREENSBURG, IN) - A billboard now sits off 421-South just outside of Greesnburg as a reminder of the harm in bullying.

The pending non-profit organization Angels and Doves placed the billboard in memory of Billy Lucas, a local victim of bullying who took his own life.

Angels and Doves Co-Founder Kim Harvey says she plans to put similar billboards in other communities whenever a life is harmed or lost due to bullying.
