He will address the veterans of Foreign Wars 111th National Convention at 11:00AM.
Biden is expected to talk about the drawdown of U.S. troops in Iraq and veterans' issues
He's scheduled to be in Toledo, Ohio in the afternoon for a tour of the Chrysler Assembly Complex.
