(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The David Bisard case brings an FBI investigation of a program that has been a source of pride for Marion County.

The team's webpage proclaims that the fatal alcohol crash team was "the first known multi-agency program of its kind."

Created in 2002, the team's purpose is to investigate alcohol or drug-related crashes causing death or serious injury.

Until now, the team could boast no evidence collected by fact members has been suppressed in any case.

Now, the prosecutor says he can't even take the blood alcohol evidence to court in the David Bisard case.

And the team is being investigated by the FBI.

The webpage also lists lt. George Crooks as fact coordinator.

He has been removed from that position.
