Conservation Officers Investigating State Trooper's Death

(MARTINSVILLE, IN) - Indiana conservation officers are investigating the death of retired State Trooper Melvin Walker.

The 70-year-old was found face down, floating in the water in one of the small lakes that are part of the painted hills lakes addition in Morgan County.

Walker was found in the water near his dock by his wife when she returned home from work.
