(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Indianapolis Police are no longer looking for the 4-year-old boy who accidentally shot and killed a 3-year old girl Thursday.
The boy's father, 24-year-old Curtis White who was also sought for questioning by police, dropped the boy off at child protective services.
The boy is currently in foster care with his sister.
The victim's mother, 26-year-old Fiona Lee is currently facing three counts of neglect of a dependent, felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
