Student Suing School District For Discrimination

(CHURUBUSCO, IN) - A student is suing the Smith-Green Community Schools District on charges of discrimination.

The lawsuit claims that the student was expelled on a false sexual harassment claim, and that the expulsion was discriminatory.

The suit also says that the plaintiff was the victim of racial attacks at school, and the faculty did nothing to stop it.
