(SHELBYVILLE, IN) - A Shelbyville Police Captain is under arrest for an alleged sexual relationship with a 16-year-old high school student.
38-year-old James Hasecuster is charged with felony child seduction along with misdemeanors contributing to the delinquency of a minor, furnishing alcohol to a minor and false informing.
A family member of the student came forward with the allegations.
