Last updated on Thursday, July 29, 2010

(UNDATED) - Back-to-school means a trip to the doctor for a lot of kids.

The Indiana State Department of Health has new recommendations for students going into preschool, kindergarten and the 6th grade effective this year.

All preschool and kindergarten students must have 2 doses of the chicken pox vaccine while kindergartners must also have their 4th dose of the polio vaccine before entering school.
