(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The commissioner of the IHSAA since 2000 has announced his retirement, effective February 1st, 2011.
Blake Ress made the announcement Wednesday as part of the final meeting of the 2009-10 school year.
Ress was first elected to the IHSAA Board of Directors in 1990 while the principal at Martinsville High School.
