(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - 17-year-old Shamus Patton has been arrested.
He is suspected in the shootings of nine people in downtown Indianapolis over the weekend during the Indiana Black Expo.
He is not believed to have been involved in the wounding of a 10th person about two hours later.
The arrest was announced quickly in a news conference Monday afternoon.
One of those most fruitful leads came from somebody who told officers they could find Patton at an apartment complex on the west side of Indianapolis.
