State Revenue Collections Fall $83 Million Short

Last updated on Thursday, June 3, 2010

(UNDATED) - Revenue collections for May were $83 million below the amount forecast in the budget passed last year.

State Budget Agency Director Chris Ruhl says collections through 11 months of the current fiscal year are more than $1 billion below projections.

He says that has been partially offset by spending cuts implemented by Governor Mitch Daniels.
