(INDIANAPOLIS) - A former Indianapolis Metro Police Officer will face several felony charges for setting fire to the original Indy Chicken-Mobile and at least three area apartment complexes.
Jesse Russell Jr. is formally charged with six counts of arson and one count of criminal mischief in connection with the fires.
Some left several local families without a place to live.
