(GARY, IN) - The city of Gary has unveiled plans for a massive entertainment development to honor the late singer Michael Jackson.
Mayor Rudy Clay and the singer's father, Joe Jackson, have announced plans for the Jackson Family Center, which will include a museum, performing arts center, hotel and golf course.
