(INDIANAPOLIS, IN ) - Charges are expected to be filed today against a police officer accused of arson.
Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi says at least one count of arson will be filed against Jesse Russell, however authorities are still trying to determine if other charges are warranted.
