(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Indianapolis Police arrested one of their own for an apartment fire.
31-year-old Jesse Russell Jr. faces two counts of arson for a fire at the Lakeview Terrace Apartments on May 14th.
The arrest stems from an investigation by IMPD, IFD and the ATF.
Russell Jr. Was an IMPD Patrolman on the east-side.
He resigned immediately.
He was a three year veteran of the force.
