(GLENWOOD, IN) - The Fayette County Sheriff’s Department says an 8-year-old boy who was riding his bike Monday was struck and killed by a man who was allegedly driving under the influence of marijuana.
28-year-old Josh Simpkins told police he was unable to avoid hitting the boy.
The victim's name has not been released.
