Judge To Decide On Combining Teens' Murder Case

Last updated on Friday, May 28, 2010

(WARSAW, IN)- A judge will soon decide whether to combine the cases of two boys accused of killing a Cromwell man.

15-year-old Colt Lundy and 12-year-old Paul Gingerich are both charged with murder.

Police say the two killed 49-year-old Phillip Danner, Lundy's stepfather.

Defense attorneys say that even though the two are charged in adult court, the differences in their ages need to be considered.
