(EVANSVILLE, IN) - Casino Aztar is suing an Evansville bar that was supposed to open this year in the casino’s entertainment district.
The gaming company claims 'Stoney's Rockin Country' defaulted on its lease and owes the casino more than $300,000 in back rent and other expenses.
A hearing is scheduled June 1st to hear Casino Aztar's request for eviction.
