12-Year-Old Not To Be Tried As Adult In Homicide

(WARSAW, IN) - A 12-year-old boy will not be tried in adult court for his alleged role in an April homicide in Kosciusko County.

He will face a juvenile charge of assisting a criminal for what prosecutors say was his role helping 15-year-old Colt Lundy and 12-year-old Paul Gingerich, who are both accused of killing Lundy's stepfather, 49-year-old Phillip Danner.
