(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - An Indianapolis man says a convenience store is responsible for him losing out on millions.
70-year-old Charles Andrews signed the play slip bearing the numbers he had chosen to play the lottery in February 2008 when employees at an Indianapolis Speedway Gas Station wouldn't sell him a ticket minutes before the cut off.
It turned out those numbers were worth the $11 million dollar jackpot.
Now Andrews is taking Speedway Superamerica to court for his loss.
