(PORTAGE, IN) - The employee who shot up a state office in Portage is scheduled to appear in court today for an initial hearing.
The shooting happened Friday at the Indiana Department of Workforce Development Office.
60-year-old Edgar Tillery faces up to 50 years in prison if convicted on all charges.
