(MARION, IN) - A 67-year-old man will be sentenced April 15th for a 1979 murder.
A jury in Marion found Alfred Solomon guilty in the death of Terry Headley.
Court documents claim Solomon shot Headley twice, slit his throat, and then hog-tied him.
He was arrested in Kentucky last year.
