(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The man accused of hiding a camera in his shoe to “peep” up women’s skirts at an Indianapolis mall now faces three additional counts of voyeurism, bringing the total number of charges against him to 15.
Police say David Delagrange followed at least ten victims around Castleton Square Mall, attempting to shoot footage of them.
