(UNDATED) - The Commissioner of the state’s Department of Local Government Finance has resigned.
Governor Mitch Daniels' office says Tim Rushenberg will pursue employment in the private sector.
Along with the resignation, the governor's office has also announced the reappointment of David Lott Hardy as the Chairman of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission and Bill Zielke as the new Chairman of the Indiana State Lottery Commission.
