(CROWN POINT, IN) - A Gary man will spend 35 years in prison for beating his girlfriend’s 5-month-old niece to death.
20-year-old Christopher Washington of was sentenced Monday after pleading guilty to felony battery in a Lake County Court.
An autopsy showed that Eternity Brame died of blunt force trauma and had internal injuries and a fractured skull.
