(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indy Racing League has called a news conference for today amid speculation it has hired a new chief executive officer.
Professional Bull Riders Inc. CEO Randy Bernard has spent the last few days contemplating an offer to jump to the IRL for a similar position.
