(WEST LAFAYETTE, IN) - The Tippecanoe County Prosecutor’s Office is charging a man with the murder of his roommate despite never locating the victim’s body.
29-year-old Wesley Kelly is accused in the suspected death of 52-year-old Steven Smith, who was last seen alive in December 2008.
Kelly is currently is serving a three-year sentence for failing to register as a sex offender.
