(DANVILLE, IN) - A Danville man convicted of conspiring to kill his ex-wife, a judge and a lawyer will be sentenced February 19th.
Nicholas Suding was arrested last summer for threatening Hendricks County Judge Stephanie Lemay-Luken after she suspended his right to visitation with his daughter.
He had been accused of choking the girl.
The verdict came last week after a three day trial with the Putnam County Prosecutor handling the case before a Marion County judge.
