(LAFAYETTE, IN) - A fatal crash involving a state highway snowplow and a pedestrian along Interstate 65 in Tippecanoe County remains under investigation.
Authorities say the victim was walking along the paved shoulder of the Interstate Monday night when he was struck and killed by the snowplow.
Police say snow was falling in the area at the time of the crash leading to reduced visibility.
