(FORT WAYNE, IN) - A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed by the families of three women killed in a fire at the Willows of Coventry Apartment Complex in Fort Wayne.
Lara Punches, Jennifer Spurgeon and Renea Patton died in the January 2009 fire.
The suit was filed against dial equities, the owners of the apartment complex, and the International Business College where the girls went to school.
The complaint says the complex and school failed to provide a safe place for the victims.
