(GARY, IN) - Developers of a Jackson Family Museum and Performing Arts Center in Gary say they plan to break ground next year.
An agent for the Jackson Museum Performing Arts Center Corporation hinted the date for the groundbreaking would coincide with "a specific Jackson event."
Developers want the project to include a Neverland Ranch style estate and theme park.
