Culinary Arts Teacher Facing Sexual Misconduct Charges

(BLUFFTON, IN) - A Bluffton woman is accused of having sexual contact with a teenage boy before being hired as a Culinary Arts Teacher.

36-year-old Tracey Pace faces two formal counts of sexual misconduct with a minor and one count of dissemination of material harmful to a minor.

She was being held at the Wells County Jail in lieu of $30,000 bail.

Police say the alleged abuse of a 15-year-old boy took place between February and March 2007.

Pace was hired as a Culinary Arts Teacher in May 2008 in the Bluffton-Harrison Metropolitan School District.
