Woman Shot And Killed In Front Of Children

(SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, IN) - A Michigan City woman was shot and killed in front of her two young children at a bus stop by the girls’ father Tuesday.

The LaPorte County Sheriff said 30-year-old Tanya Earley was shot by 41-year-old David Streeting.

Streeting was later found dead inside his vehicle from a self-inflicted wound to the chest.

Police put nearby Springfield Elementary School on lock-down when the shooting happened.
