(UNDATED) - Vonage has agreed to pay restitution to consumers in 32 states, including Indiana, and make significant changes to its marketing practices.
The settlement involves customers who reported having difficulty or were not able to cancel their service with the telecommunications provider.
Since January 2004, 68 consumers filed complaints about Vonage with the Indiana Attorney General's Office.
