(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame has announced that former Indiana University Head Basketball Coach Bob Knight will be the featured speaker at a December fundraiser dinner in Indianapolis benefiting the organization.

The event will be held Thursday, December 17 at Primo Banquet and Conference Center.

Doors will open at 5:00PM for a social hour and a buffet dinner will be served at 6:00PM, followed by Knight's address to the crowd.

Seats, priced at $50 for adults and $30 for children 12-and-under, are available immediately for Hall of Fame Annual Members, Associate Directors and Directors.

Tables of eight are also available for $400.

Reservations will be available to the public beginning on Monday, November 30.

Knight was the recipient of the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame's 1982 silver medal award, given for contributions to Indiana high school basketball other than as an Indiana High School Coach or player.

Founded in 1962, the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame, located in New Castle, is the only statewide high school basketball hall of fame and museum in the nation.
