(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - A 53-year-old Indianapolis man has been killed in an industrial accident.
Investigators don't know if the man simply got caught in some machinery or had a medical event.
An autopsy will be conducted.
David Jansen was alone with the equipment and a co-worker found him on the ground.
He apparently got caught in the equipment and suffered a traumatic head injury.
