(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Testimony resumes today in Desmond Turner's trial for the murders of seven people in Marion County.

Four adults and three children were killed in their home in Indianapolis on June 1st, 2006.

A forensic pathologist who conducted four of the seven autopsies, Dr. Patricia Swartz, has been flown from New Jersey to Indianapolis.

She will be first on the witness stand today.

The defense is expected to present its case this week and then it will be left to Judge Robert Altice to weigh the evidence and render his verdict.

A single witness, Brandon Griffith, who is now 20 years old, has said he is sure it was Desmond Turner and another man who entered the victims' home.

Others place the defendant near the home earlier but they can't say it was Turner who went inside.
