(RICHMOND, IN) - A Richmond man will spend the rest of his life in prison without the possibility of parole for dealing large amounts of “crack” cocaine.
37-year-old Billy Hicks was recently given the life sentence in federal court after being previously convicted of three felony drug crimes.
Hicks was initially charged in Wayne County in 2006 for selling cocaine to confidential informant Tony Hurd, who was later murdered in a drive-by shooting.
