(WASHINGTON, IN) - The Delphi Salaried Retirees Association is scheduled Thursday to testify on Capitol Hill as it fights to restore benefits eliminated during the company's bankruptcy reorganizations.
The Kokomo Tribune reports the group will speak before the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pension Committee.
The group has been fighting Delphi's decision to eliminate pensions and health care benefits for 15,000 salaried workers.
