(UNDATED) - F.C. Tucker says home sales in central Indiana increased by 12-percent over the same time period last year.
Seven of nine counties reviewed in the study reported boosts in home sales.
Madison County had the largest year-to-year increase at 37 point 5 percent, followed by Hendricks at 29 point 6 percent.
